The RCRC is the Ottawa Valley's newest multi-purpose facility available for rentals. It is owned and operated by it's members. Book it today for your Wedding, Concert, Dance, Group Meeting, Workshop, Private Party, Business Meeting, Recital, Anniversary, Convention, Trade Show, Birthday Party, and more!

Main Banquet Hall - Capacity of 290

All rentals of the main hall includes use of kitchen.
Weddings:
- If your wedding is booked at RCRC, your stag and doe rental is discounted to $450.
- Our wine corkage fee is $5 per bottle, includes glasses.
- Stocked cash bar and SmartServe certified bartenders provided.
Alcohol Pricing:
- Beer: $5.00 per bottle
- Liquor: $5.00 per oz
- Coolers: $5.00 per bottle
- Wine: $5.00 per glass
+ If renter would like to use a Special Occasion Permit (SOP) for their event, an $100 + HST fee will be added to the rental fee to cover the cost of event supervisor. Wedding dinners are an exception.

Main "Banquet Hall" and "Small Lobby" each have their own facilities (washrooms, handicap washrooms, booth). All areas are wheelchair accessible. Other features include: inside viewing area of ice surface, in-floor heating (whole building), fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, coffee pots, microwave, coffee maker). Main banquet hall is fully air conditioned. Tables and chairs provided.
Ice Surface & Dressing Rooms
- Ice Surface - $50 + HST per hour
- Single Dressing Room - $10 + HST (includes use of kitchen if available)
Ice is machine cleaned and flooded with Zamboni. There are 5 dressing rooms available; 4 male and 1 female.
Activity Room:
- $35 + HST per hour
Other:
+ Table & Chair Rentals: The RCRC has tables and chairs that can be rented for outside functions. Tables are $2 + HST per table, and chairs are $1 + HST per chair.
+ Kitchen Help: The RCRC can provide kitchen help - depending on the event size and duties involved this ranges from $100 to $200 plus HST.
Special Pricing Available for Members
- Members receive a 20% discount on rentals (family membership are $20, single memberships are $10).
- Any group who wants to register with the RCRC and use it as their base may use any area for meetings or sports at no charge if all members of the organization become members of the RCRC.
Please note: All rentals over 2 hours in length will require a $250 incidental deposit. Deposit will be returned to renter after event provided they have upheld all details within their rental contract. All terms and conditions are subject to executive review and discretion.
