Volunteers Needed for Programs

There is more room to run different activities for children and adults at our new facility. We need people to organize and run activities, so if there is something that anyone would like to see happen, come and step up to the plate! The Centre will help get you started and everyone will enjoy!

Volunteers Needed for Booth Supervision (Urgent for Winter)

We now have a wonderful facility and it is time to make more use of it, thereforewe will need to have it open more with
supervision. We would like to arrange a schedule similar to what we had years ago with one or two families supervising
the facility one night a month (especially in the winter months when we have ice). Here is how it works. You would have 1
day each month to look after opening the booth and supervising, if your day was the 3rd then it would be the 3rd of each
month. This means it will fall on a different day of the week each month, but we certainly should get enough people to sign up so that we would have spares, so that if it fell on a day you couldn’t do it, you would just call one of these people (or trade a day with someone on the schedule). You will get a copy of who is working on each day. This is only for the booth side and has nothing to do with the main hall. If everyone does a little then we should have no trouble running a great Centre. If you can help out or want more info please call and leave your name at 613- 735-0224. This will only work if we all work together. This is your Centre help it grow, and make it a place we can be proud of. Volunteers Needed for Bar & Kitchen

There are many rentals to work and we really need volunteers to help share the work load. Anyone who has a Smart Server Card can work in the bar. Call Peter Sauk at 613-732-8417 if you can help, or if you don't have your Smart Server Card but would like to get one, and he will try to arrange a course to be held at the centre.

We are also looking for individuals to help out in the kitchen. We have opportunities to provide cookies and muffins for morning meetings and or light lunches for longer meetings. To do this we need people to help. If you are interested in helping call Peter Sauk at 61- 732-8417 . See you in the kitchen!
